One Loudoun’s mixed-use development expansion will further elevate the dynamic One Loudoun community by adding 86,000 square feet of retail space, a full-service business hotel, 33,000 square feet of premium office space and approximately 400 luxury multifamily units. Newly signed tenants for this next phase include alo, Arhaus, bartaco, Pottery Barn, Tatte Bakery and Café, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and Williams Sonoma – with additional notable brands and restaurants to be revealed in the near future.
